| I am using a Nikon P4 digital camera and a Nikon Fieldscope 82mm ED spotting scope. I am shooting with a 30x digiscope eyepiece and a camera attachment designed for the P4. The attachment has a cable release to minimize movement of the scope. I use a Bogen 3130 tripod head with Manfrotto 55MF4 legs. I also use a 25 – 75x zoom eyepiece for birding. For closer photos I use a Nikon D80 camera. I have a Nikkor 18-55mm lens, a Nikkor 55-200mm lens and a Tamron 200-500mm telephoto lens. For birding I use the Tamron most of the time because it gives me more distance. My wife uses Nikon Prostaff binoculars that are 10x by 25x. I use 10x by 42x Nikon Monarchs with shoulder harness to keep them from bothering the back of my neck. They aren’t very heavy, but after walking several miles they begin to feel like a millstone. I really like the Eagle Optic harness.
